Our Story:

Born and raised in Ontario my partner and I decided to take a leap of faith and move to Calgary, Alberta, July 2022. We came here with no expectations, no family and no friends and fell in love with the province (for the record this was before the “Alberta is Calling” campaign). Being very new to the relocation process we had to spend a lot of time researching and figuring things out, from movers, to a lawyer for our closing, insurance, furniture, transporting our vehicles and the list goes on… it was a mission for sure.

What we love About Alberta

Everyone is super welcoming, helpful and friendly.
There is very minimal traffic, and we no longer have the stressful commutes to and from work.
The Rockies and beautiful scenic views never get old.
There is only 5% tax on everything, which is a nice break.
Alberta is the sunniest province in Canada.
We found the winters to be a lot more bearable compared to Ontario.
Affordable housing market, we have already purchased our dream home!
A healthier and stress-free lifestyle and the list goes on.

We build customized packages based on our client’s needs and provide a start to finish service to make the transition or purchase as seamless as possible. We are here for you as your trusted eyes and ears and to help you make an informed decision with the right connections.

We have over 20 years of experience handling and maintaining client relationships and assisting with home risk management. We are well acquainted with the current markets and services and work with local and out of province specialists.

Our priority is to ease your mind with your move, investment property and home away from home.
